Brief Introduction

Founded in March 2011, Planet Image International Limited (Aster) is an internationalized group company in the printing supplies industry, with an integration of independent R&D, manufacturing, traditional international trade, and cross-border E-commerce. On January 25, 2024, Planet Image International Limited successfully completed its IPO, and is now officially listed on NASDAQ under the stock symbol "YIBO".

The group's global R&D and manufacturing center, Jiangxi Yibo Electronics Technology Co., Ltd., is located in Xinyu, Jiangxi Province, covering an area of 360,000 square meters. It is responsible for the R&D and manufacturing of high-tech products. Its annual production of toner cartridges exceeds 20 million units, making it the factory that has the world’s largest capacity of general printer supplies. It has been awarded the National High-tech Enterprise and National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise. The group’s global sales and marketing center is located in Zhongshan, Guangdong Province, the hometown of Sun Yat-sen. Its E-commerce business channels have been covering more than 45 countries and regions worldwide, providing high-quality products and services of international standard for the domestic market, and making deals with dealers and end-users in the European and American markets. Aster Graphics BVI has established comprehensive sales and logistics centers in the USA and Europe, covering an area of approximately 50,000 square meters, where a local team of more than 300 people are dedicated to delivering products and offering after-sales service for our customers.

As of 2023, Planet Image remains the world’s largest manufacturer of compatible toner cartridges, with a market share of 11.3%. It holds the leading position in the laser printer supplies market in Western Europe and North America, and its overall strength ranks among the top three in the global general printer supplies industry.
